Ryan Hillier

After establishing himself with two self-produced albums (2014's Midnight Revelation and 2016's In the Shadow of the Chapel - nominated for Music New Brunswick's Solo Recording of the Year Award), extensive performing and expanding horizons with various projects, Ryan Hillier released No Excuses in 2020 during the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. Receiving high praise, radio charting, and the most publicity of any project to date, he navigated the noisy and at times chaotic internet space to perform and promote the album before taking an indefinite hiatus in 2021. 

Hillier is currently working on a new collection of songs for release starting in 2026.

Ryan Hillier s’est fait connaître sur la scène musicale avec deux albums qu’il a lui-même produits : Midnight Revelation, paru en 2014 et In the Shadow of the Chapel, paru en 2016, pour lequel il a reçu une nomination dans la catégorie Solo Recording of the year (Enregistrement solo de l’année), dans le cadre du Festival 506 (Musique NB). Le public a aussi pu voir Ryan sur scène au sein de la formation Eastcoast Love Story avec qui il a joué pour plusieurs années​.
